Processing & Printing
Our mugs are printed to order and are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. This excludes weekends and UK public holidays.
UK Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24
Once dispatched, UK orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days.
Please remember that processing time and delivery time are separate, so allow 2–6 working days in total in normal circumstances.
International Delivery – Royal Mail International Tracked
Europe & Northern Ireland: Unfortunately, we're currently unable to ship to these destinations due to GPSR requirements.
USA: Orders are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so applicable duties are paid before delivery. Estimated delivery is 5–15 working days after dispatch.
Rest of the World: Estimated delivery is 5–15 working days after dispatch. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination and are the buyer's responsibility.
Packaging
Mugs are carefully packed in a protective cardboard mug box designed to help prevent damage during transit.
If you order more than one mug, each mug may be packed separately for protection.
Returns
We accept returns of non-personalised items in new, unused condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged. Personalised products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty.
