Europe & Northern Ireland: Unfortunately, we're currently unable to ship to these destinations due to GPSR requirements.

USA: Orders are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so applicable duties are paid before delivery. Estimated delivery is 5–15 working days after dispatch.

Rest of the World: Estimated delivery is 5–15 working days after dispatch. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination and are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging

Mugs are carefully packed in a protective cardboard mug box designed to help prevent damage during transit.

If you order more than one mug, each mug may be packed separately for protection.

Returns

We accept returns of non-personalised items in new, unused condition within 30 days of receiving your order.

Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged. Personalised products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty.

Please contact us to arrange a return. You can also read our full refund policy here.

Delivery Information

Delivery times are estimates and can take longer during busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas. We recommend ordering early during seasonal peaks.

If an order appears to be delayed, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help.

International orders outside the USA may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
