Our greeting cards are usually printed and posted within 1 - 2 days of ordering (excludes weekends and Public holidays).

Europe: Sorry, we're unable to ship to Europe and NI due to new GPSR rules.

USA: Sorry, due to the elimination of the $800 de minimis rule, we can no longer ship greeting cards to the USA. We do, however, have a Zazzle.com store where you can purchase some of our card designs directly in the USA. If the design isn't available, please email us, and we'll add it for you ASAP.

Rest Of The World: Delivered within 7 - 15 days (excludes weekends and Public holidays).

Please note: Orders containing three or more greeting cards may be shipped separately or in multiple packages.
If your order includes different product types (such as a card, mug, coaster, notebook, etc.), these may also be sent in separate parcels.

Returns

We accept returns in a new unused condition up to 30 days after you receive your order. Contact us to start the refund process.

Please note that Royal Mail does not consider a letter lost until after 10 working days for UK deliveries and 15 working days for international deliveries.

Our greeting cards are professionally printed in the UK on high-quality cardstock, with a crisp, vibrant finish designed to show off every detail of the artwork.

Each card is supplied with an envelope, so it’s ready for you to write and send.

The inside varies depending on the design. Some cards are blank inside, while others feature a printed greeting or illustration. Please check the product images to see exactly what is printed inside your chosen card.

All cards are designed by Cupsie's Creations in South Yorkshire, UK.

Our greeting cards measure approximately:

5 × 7 inches | 13 × 18.3 cm | 130 × 183 mm

Measurements are taken when the card is folded and are approximate. As our cards are professionally trimmed and folded, there may be very slight variations in the finished size.
